Our Navajo-Churro sheep are renowned for their outstanding meat flavor like no other breed. Our sheep graze on pasture all summer and are fed hay from our fields during winter, producing the nutritional benefits of grass fed meat with careful attention to animal welfare.
Working with the forces and cycles of the cosmos to improve our land and grow the best quality food, our farm is Demeter Certified Biodynamic. We honor the tradition and spiritual practice of biodynamic agriculture and hope to share the experience by offering educational opportunities on our unique farm organism in the Green Mountains of Vermont.
